Welcome to Highest You Health, where your journey begins to becoming your highest YOU. I’m Hayley, a WA Certified Nutrition Specialist® with formal training in Functional Medicine. My approach to wellness is integrative, holistic, and completely personalized to provide support in the areas you are out of balance. I am dedicated to taking a root-cause approach to wellness in order to help you create lasting change and complete wellness.
How It Works
1. Comprehensive Evaluation
Before our 90-minute initial consultation, you will be asked to complete intake forms and a 3-day food journal. Additionally, please upload any tests or labs you have available. This information will help ensure our time together is productive and tailored to your needs.
2. Order Functional Labs
TEST DON’T GUESS!! Functional labs help us identify underlying imbalances or triggers contributing to inflammation. Some common labs I order include:
Food sensitivity testing, stool testing, micronutrients, inflammatory markers and advanced metabolic markers
3. Implement Personalized Plan
After we review your lab results together, we will discuss your comprehensive and personalized plan based off of your symptoms and results. I provide all the resources you need to be successfull.
4. Quick Relief and Accountability
You can begin to experience some dramatic improvements in as little as three weeks after implementing your personalized plan. From here we check in for continued support and accountability, or refine the plan as needed until you have reached your goal.
