Meet Hayley, MS, CNS

My innate desire to help others along with my own healing journey led me on the path to becoming a nutritionist

My Story

My journey into the realm of nutrition was sparked by a personal transformation. Struggling with various health challenges, I discovered the profound impact nutrition has on overall well-being. Despite facing hurdles like disordered eating patterns and hormone imbalances, I delved into the world of functional nutrition to seek solutions.

Through my studies and personal experimentation, I unearthed the power of food as medicine and the intricate connection between gut health and overall wellness. This revelation ignited my passion for empowering others on their journey to better health.

Armed with a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from the University of Western States, my mission is to educate and guide individuals towards optimal health. I believe in a holistic approach that integrates mindful eating practices, evidence-based nutritional therapy, and mindset tools.

My goal is to help you understand and support your body’s unique needs, without restrictive labels, and to tune into your body’s innate wisdom. Together, let’s embark on a journey towards vitality and well-being. Thanks for joining me on this path to a healthier, happier you.
